What Antraso does, and why it matters before you sign an offer.
Every offer letter leaves something out.
Careers pages sell the best version of a company. Recruiters are paid to close. Review sites tell you what people think, but you can't ask them a follow-up question. The things that decide whether you'll be happy in a job are rarely written down.
Antraso closes that gap with one simple idea: let the people who already work there tell you, privately and honestly.
Read. Ask. Decide.
Everything you need to choose a company is in one place, from the first rating to the final call.
Eight scores, from people who were verified first.
- Culture, managers, hours, pay, growth, job security, interviews and leadership, scored separately
- Recent reviews count more, so a company that has changed shows its new reality
- Filter by team, city and role, so you see the part of the company you'd actually join
A private call with someone who's done the job.
- Choose from 15, 30 or 45 minute calls, or five written answers within 48 hours
- Calls run inside Antraso, with no phone numbers or emails exchanged
- Your payment is held until the call is completed. No-shows are refunded automatically
Two offers. One clear choice.
- See both companies' ratings side by side, for the team and city you'd join
- Talk to an insider at each with the Offer Decision pack
- Decide on what the work will be like, not on brand name alone
The only place that verifies the insider, scores the company and lets you talk.

Eight ratings for the questions people ask before they sign.
Insiders share experience. Never company secrets.
Both people accept the Call Code before every call. It keeps conversations useful for candidates, and safe for insiders and their employers.
What insiders talk about
- Team culture and how work really gets done
- Manager style and how feedback works
- Interview rounds and how to prepare
- Working hours, shifts and hybrid rules
- Growth, learning and promotion timelines
What insiders never share
- Confidential business plans or numbers
- Client names or client data
- Internal documents or screenshots
- Details that identify colleagues
- Anything their employment contract restricts
Every insider is checked before they appear.
We confirm that someone works, or worked, at the company. We never show their name unless they choose to.
Work email code
A one-time code sent to the insider's company email confirms they work there today.
Document review
An offer letter, relieving letter or payslip, with personal details hidden. Deleted once checked.
Re-verified every 6 months
Current employees confirm again twice a year. Badges show tenure as a range, never exact dates.
One honest picture of work, for everyone in it.

Common questions
Is Antraso anonymous?
Reviewers and insiders can use an alias. We verify their employment privately and show only role, city and a tenure range. If fewer than five people have reviewed a team or location, we hide that breakdown so no one can be identified.
Can a company remove bad reviews?
No. Employers can reply publicly to any review, but they cannot remove reviews or change ratings on any plan. We remove a review only if it breaks our community guidelines or a court orders it.
What if an insider doesn't show up?
You get a full refund automatically, and the insider gets a strike. Three strikes and they are removed.
Will my current employer know I booked a call?
No. Bookings are private between you and the insider. Employers never see who views their page or who books calls.
Which currencies can I pay in?
US dollars, Indian rupees, UAE dirhams, British pounds and Singapore dollars at launch. Use the currency selector at the top of the page to see prices in yours.
When can I start?
We are opening early access company by company, starting in India. Join the list and we'll tell you as soon as the companies you care about go live.
Ask someone who has sat in that chair.
Job descriptions and recruiter calls show a company at its best. Antraso shows you what the work is really like, from the people doing it.
Before the interview
Learn the rounds, what panels ask and how long decisions take.
Before you accept

Moving abroad
Speak to employees in Dubai, Singapore, London or New York before you relocate.
Choose how much time you need.
Insiders set their own price within these ranges. You see the exact price before you pay, and your money is held until the call is complete.

List employees you choose as official ambassadors who talk to candidates. Ambassador profiles are always marked "Employer-sponsored" so candidates can tell them apart from independent insiders.
No plan buys a better rating.
Employers can reply to reviews but can never remove them or change scores. That rule is what makes Antraso worth reading, and a good rating worth having.

How we keep reviews fair and insiders safe.
The view from inside, for everyone deciding where to work.
Antraso comes from antar, the Sanskrit word for "inner". It stands for the one view a job seeker never gets from a careers page: the inside one.
Every year, millions of people around the world accept offers based on a brand name, a salary figure and a few interviews. Many find out within months that the role, the manager or the hours aren't what they expected. Antraso lets them find out first, from the people who know.
We are starting in India, then opening in the Gulf, Singapore, the United Kingdom and North America, following the routes people already travel for work.

- Growth, learning and promotion as they have experienced them
Insiders must never share
- Confidential or non-public business information, including plans, financials and pricing
